As a Remote Online Notary (RON) service, we provide legally binding notarizations through secure video technology. All notarial acts are conducted by a commissioned notary public, who verifies your identity and ensures that your documents are legally notarized. Our notaries follow the laws and regulations of their state and comply with Proof.com’s standards for online notarization.
While we strive to provide secure, accurate, and timely notarial services, we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or issues related to the use or acceptance of notarized documents by third parties. It is your responsibility to verify that the notarized documents are appropriate for their intended purpose.
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOEHC Notary, our notaries, and associated personnel, including Michael Boakye-Danquah, ESQ, against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the notarization of your documents, except in cases of negligence or intentional misconduct on our part.

Please note that as of 2025, California, Mississippi, and South Carolina do not currently allow Remote Online Notarization (RON) to be performed by notaries commissioned in their respective states. However, these states do recognize RONs completed by notaries commissioned in other states, provided the notarization complies with the laws of the commissioning state.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their documents can be notarized using RON and will be accepted for their intended purpose. We recommend consulting with the relevant authorities or legal professionals to confirm that your documents are eligible for remote notarization in your state.
All documents uploaded for notarization are processed through secure, encrypted channels.
